Laiwu Steel Group Yantai Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is located in Zangjiazhuang Industrial Park, Fushan District, Yantai City, Shandong Province. It was formerly known as Shandong Yantai Steel Pipe General Factory. It started to produce seamless steel pipes in May 1958. In July 1981, it became an enterprise directly under the Shandong Metallurgical Industry Department and is a backbone manufacturer of professional seamless steel pipe production in my country. In October 1998, the company was transferred to Laiwu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. as a whole and became its legal entity, solving the problems of capital and raw material supply that have long restricted the development of the company. In June 2007, the company was renamed “Laiwu Steel Group Yantai Steel Pipe Co., Ltd.”
Basic Situation
The company has its own factory area of 200,000m2, raw material area of 6,500m2, production workshop area of 57,000m2, production equipment used for more than 1 year, laboratory area of 350m2, testing equipment used for more than 1 year, finished product storage area of 16,000m2, and registered capital of RMB 83.8682 million.
Business Scope
Manufacturing and sales of seamless steel pipes and products, sales of chemical products (excluding hazardous chemicals), building materials, general machinery and equipment, steel, import and export of goods and technologies (projects that require approval according to the law can only be carried out after approval by relevant departments).
