PFA lining ball valve : K159 type
- This is a ball valve with all wetted parts lined with PFA.
- Excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance. Suitable for countermeasures against corrosive fluids and dissolution of impurities such as metal ions. It is also used for strong acidity/alkalinity fluids, high-purity chemicals, and in piping where non-sticking properties are required.
High pressure/large bore size ball valve: E(K)100S type
- High-pressure valves such as JIS30K(CL600) more over and large-bore valves above DN250 are available.
- It is widely used for general processes as well as high-pressure sludge.
2-stage open/close type: FPN3100 (05TN-12TN)
- It is possible to flow a certain amount of fluid in a stepwise operation.
- This product is used in combination with a flow meter and a dispenser on a dispense shipping line, such as when loading onto a tank truck, truck rental, or tanker.
Stainless steel oval hand wheel
- The hand wheel is compact, allowing installation and operation in a small area.
- The length is shorter than that of the lever handle to prevent accidental contact. In addition, since the hand wheel shape is oval, the open/close status of the valve is clear.
- Stainless steel (SCS13A) is used for the hand wheel material, and it is rust-free and durable.
For shielding method: EKTON1100 type
- We have an extensive track record in ball valves for the shield tunneling method.
- Small and robust.
- The actuator can be selected from a wide range including levers, ratchet levers, hydraulic, and pneumatic operation.
Top entry type: T100 type
- Top entry type allows ball and seat to be taken out from the upper part, enabling welded connection and excellent maintainability.
- Suitable for hazardous fluids or critical fluids where external leakage is not allowed.
