Ball Valves
NDV provides various types of ball valves suitable for a wild range of fields. It is possible to select from a wide range of lineups such as multi-way valves and V-port valves to suit your application, in addition to the standard fire-safe type. We also apply requests for special purpose valves used under high pressure and those for shield machine and nuclear power plants.
Structure and Features of Ball Valves
The ball valves have high sealing performance with simple operation and extremely low pressure loss. It can be used in a wide range of applications, including chemical and water treatment plants.
2-Way Ball Valves Fire Safe Type (F100 type)
Fire-safe type is a ball valve with a structure that can prevent a significant leakage of fluid when sealing parts such as seats and packings are burnt out by fire.
Ball valves with jacket, extended gland type ball valves
The ball valves with jacket, suitable for lines of fluids that tend to solidify at normal temperature. Extended gland type ball valves suitable for low-temperature fluids.
V-port Valves (V100 type)
A ball valves with a built-in V-cut ball. Suitable for abrasive fluids, highly viscous fluids, etc. and flow cotrol.
3-Way Ball Valves (E300 type)
Three flow paths are available for fluid switching, shunting, and mixing. Selection of a switching form according to your usage conditions is possible.
Y-Shaped 3-Way Ball Valves (Y300 type)
Suitable for passing highly abrasive fluids such as powder and slurry, highly viscous fluids, and pigs for cleaning inside pipes.
